1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving your product or completion of service.
After 10 days from delivery or service completion, we are unable to offer any refund or exchange under any circumstances.
To qualify for a return/refund, the product must:
• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in the same condition as delivered
• Be in original packaging
• Not show signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or incorrect installation not caused by our team
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

• Order or invoice number
• Product name or service details
• Reason for return/refund
• Clear photos (if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
⚠️ Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
If confirmed, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection (Non-Custom Products Only):
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost during transit.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products / Installation Services
Products customized according to customer measurements or specifications (including custom carpets, vinyl flooring, parquet flooring, SPC flooring, artificial grass, and made-to-measure installations) are considered custom orders.
Custom products and installation services are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of:
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product supplied
• Installation significantly different from agreed specifications
Customers are advised to verify measurements and specifications carefully before confirming custom orders.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.

6. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• You will receive confirmation via email regarding approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged:
• Take clear photos of packaging and damaged item.
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report within 48 hours may affect eligibility.
8. Order & Service Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or installation has not started.
Once manufacturing, customization, or installation work has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
